Public bug reported: The autofs script can be configured by a file (/etc/default/autofs in my distribution), but the autofs manual does not contain any reference to this file. In my distribution, the reference can be found in the auto.master manual, but it is not the case anymore in the manual given by autofs.org. I did not looked to this manual at first, as I am quite sure my auto.master file is correct, I just needed to configure the autofs script... Which took me a long time, due to this feature...
