Hi,

Yesterday I tried using my laptop again to give a lecture using an
external monitor. With the latest Precise updates, the behavior is now
even worse. In addition to the waviness, every 30 seconds or so the
laptop would disconnect from the external monitor and go through a
series of screen flickers. After a couple of minutes of this, I gave up
and had to use a students computer to give the lecture. Not
particularly impressive...

Is there a workaround I can use to stabilize the screen?

Thanks, David
