Public bug reported: Graphs and data will not refresh automatically in the window. To display new collected power data, an action must be taken e.g. in the Laptop Battery>History tab, one must click the "Show data points" checkbox in order to display all the data points taken since the previous refresh (data points taken every 30 seconds)
This is a regression. It first appeared with Oneiric, if I remember well. To reproduce: - Open gnome-power-statistics through gnome panel bar>battery icon>battery - Go to laptop battery from the left list - Go to History tab: the graph will not refresh when new data points are taken - Click on "Show data points" or "Use smoothed line": the graph (and info in the "Details" tab) is updated with the last data points ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 12.04 Package: gnome-power-manager 3.4.0-0ubuntu1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.2.0-31.50-generic 3.2.28 Uname: Linux 3.2.0-31-generic x86_64 ApportVersion: 2.0.1-0ubuntu13 Architecture: amd64 Date: Sat Sep 22 09:48:35 2012 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS "Precise Pangolin" - Release amd64 (20120425) SourcePackage: gnome-power-manager UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) ** Affects: gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug precise regression-release running-unity -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1054615 Title: Gnome-power-statistics will not refresh unless a button is clicked in the window To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-power-manager/+bug/1054615/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
