I would be interested in Amazon's view on this... In their conditions of use (Amazon UK), in section 17 they say explicitly: "...If you are under 18 you may use the Amazon Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.". For me, sending a search query (even if doing this by a third party) and in return receiving results is in fact a usage of their service. Since Ubuntu is intended to be used by all people, regardless of their age, it is unavoidable that users under the age of 18 will use their services. So, will they change their conditions of use? Or will Ubuntu become an "adult-only" OS?
