It's in the mainline 3.6rc6, (not expecting 12.10 to use), thought I'd try re-mastering the current image to use that kernel as a test of the patch on a live session/install. For whatever reason cannot get UCK to do that properly. (seems ok but no matter what get booted back to a busybox. So if someone does produce a patched kernel on a image will gladly test that iso.
