This issue is permanently recuring since 10.10. Every second kernel (basically) is broken. The consequence of this will be that users of Apple hardware will revert to Apple software. If you search through Launchpad you will find my name attached to this issue at least 5 times. So this is systematic. >From a user perspective a system with a systematic error is unusable.
