Public bug reported: I have chosen "show position of pointer when control key is pressed" option from Mouse and Touchpad settings. The said functionality is working fine. Nice effect is shown under the mouse cursor if control key is pressed (which my 2.5 yr old son enjoyed a lot).
Later I noticed that control scroll way of zooming in firefox doesn't work. If I switch off the option, I found that the zoom works fine. I also tested this with text editor (gedit). Same issue.
