Public bug reported:

All the Unity webapps dissapear from the launcher when the website is
refreshed (F5). Also, they dissapear when clicking a link from the same
page (this doesn't appear to happen for Google Plus and Facebook for
some reason, but the refresh bug does occur with these two websites as
well), like for instance, clicking a news link on BBC news, etc.
