Ok found the command, 'gksu gpk-install-local-file' I tried with the ubuntu-tweak.deb. double clicking it gives: "GDBus.Error:org.gtk.GDBus.UnmappedGError.Quark._pk_5ftransaction_5ferror.Code4: SimulateInstallFiles not supported by backend"
