Public bug reported:

synergy and quick synergy keeps crashing.  I can stop the service and
restart it and it will work for a bit, and will eventually crash again.
I've only had this issue since I've upgraded from 11.10 to 12.04.  I
have a feeling there is some network handling problems between samaba
and synergy.
