Public bug reported:
I found that as I tried to install the latest version of Kubuntu, it
would go through the loading process untill it got to the
Configuring apt - Scanning mirrors
at this point it would just sit on 1%. I had ordered 5 CDs of both
Ubuntu and Kubuntu so I tried multiple Kubuntu CDs with the same
outcome. I then attempted to lod Ubuntu 6.06 LTS and it loaded with no
problems.
