Hi Yaron, those two strings are the accessible description of the system
menu. The %s is replaced by the real name of the currently logged in
user. The string containing "(Attention Required)" is used when
something inside the menu needs the user's attention (the indicator will
be drawn in red in that case).

I'm keeping this bug open, because these strings should have a
translator's comment.
