There is a well defined process for CA's to request for new roots to be
shipped by default, and we won't bypass that under any circumstances
whatsoever. Doing so would break the entire trust model of the web.

In addition to that, most errors of the type you describe are actually
website bugs, as sites must also provide any intermediate certificates
to chain up to a valid root.
