You have been subscribed to a public bug: Mint 13 is installed with language french and country Canada. The command 'locale' return LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8 and the file /etc/environment contains LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8
It should be LANG=fr_CA.UTF-8 I use Netbeans and when I ask for the country, it returns 'France' instead of 'Canada'. So when I have to format date or money, I have euro symbol or delimiters used in France. In Mandriva, I don't have this bug. If i can't resolve this issue rapidly, I will have to return to Mandriva. Thank you. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Country code fr_CA is interpreted as fr_FR https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1035534 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
