No, the grub-probe error is consequential. The root cause here is that es.archive.ubuntu.com is partially out of date: its amd64 Packages file refers to grub-common 2.00-7ubuntu7 but its pool only has 2.00-7ubuntu6. Not a GRUB bug - I'll see if I can chase this up with the mirrors folks.
