This is a new install on a new computer (older computer has 10.04 and doesn't have the problem). I think it has happened virtually since I installed this system in September. If I recall correctly (and my memory maybe faulty), it happened once or twice in September. And at least three times this month, twice in the last few days (the latest earlier today which finally prompted me to report the bug).
The latest time was just after I had clicked "Postpone break" on the Dr Wright typing break thing.
