Hi, Thanks for the reply, I looked for the directory where you ask me to, but did not find any log /var/lib/dkms.
My fear is that since the day I upgraded from 10.04 to 12.04 using upgrade manager, every day there is some failure sometimes terminal, firefox or any other application. I doubt if upgraded versions are stable at all?? I would appreciate if you could point me to the proper cross check suppose to be done to check the stability of its basic functioning. I wonder if it would crash someday.
