Public bug reported:
while upgrading from 10.10 to 11.04, update-manager was running process
to getting packages (..., get new software channels, ...). The desktop
suddendly logged off (I think this is another bug). after I logged back
in, the update-manager was unable to continue the upgrade. the error
displayed is "Error: Marking the upgrade (E:Error,
pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by held
packages). Error also states that your installed packages have unmet
dependencies.
