Yes Alessandro, you've had right! It's hardware! The problem is solved in this way: filled in the online service formular and sent tu asus, next day DHL picked up the package with my laptop, and after about 10 days it was sent back to me with the sockets changed! Unfortunately since then I have anoter one: the dvd harware can't burn CD's!! Only DVD's! But I think this is another topic!
