The problem with that result is that it's classified as "18", not as
"R18"; if we filter 18s we also wouldn't be showing, say, Game of
Thrones, or a bunch of other films that most people would not want to
not be shown.

In a later revision we should be able to give you the option of
specifying which ratings you want, for example, but not yet.

We'll be tweaking the server to not give results for search-as-you-type
of popular ubuntu applications, which would get rid of this particular
issue; note, however, that searching for "horst" would still give you
the result.
