The problem with that result is that it's classified as "18", not as "R18"; if we filter 18s we also wouldn't be showing, say, Game of Thrones, or a bunch of other films that most people would not want to not be shown.
In a later revision we should be able to give you the option of specifying which ratings you want, for example, but not yet.
