On the homepage for the website https://help.ubuntu.com/ ,
the new entry for version 12.10 has 2 MAJOR errors that, IMHO, make the quality 
of this release look very poor!

Here is the entry as of 1600 UTC on Oct 18th:

1. Ubuntu 21.10 - the current stable version, released in October 2012,
codenamed Precise Pangolin.

Errors:
#1: version should be: 12.10 
       ...not 21.10!
#2: codenamed is: Quantal Quetzal 
        ...Precise Pangolin.

     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
