@gianluca: Thanks for pointing that out. You're right; switching from SNA to UXA fixes the problem. I've set the report as affecting the intel drivers as well.

Unexpectedly, when some windows lose focus, their title bars display improperly -- they turn partly light and partly dark, in a way that looks very unpolished. Other windows do not have this problem; their title bars remain fully dark. What I expected was that *all* of the title bars of *all* windows would display properly (i.e., fully dark, as the latter windows do), consistent with the Ambiance theme. I've attached images of both the unexpected behavior and the expected behavior.
