Affects Ubuntu 12.10 (Quantal Quetzal) 64-bit (AMD64). I tried to install Skype 4.0.0.8-0oneiric1 after enabling Canonical Partners in Software Sources. Synaptic Package Manager shows the Skype 4.0.0.8-0oneiric1 package.
