Fred, I think that there was a problem when you run apport-collect. This tool gather debugging information and attach it to the bug report. Can you try again, in a terminal, to run:
apport-collect BUGNUMBER where BUGNUMBER is your bug number report ? If the command give you errors, then can you post here the output ?
