I picked one of the existing versions of this bug and then realized that
it was listed as expired.  I will try to pick it up again, but am new to
this bug report process.  During the upgrade I received a low disk space
warning.  Other than that the upgrade proceeded correctly.

I did an upgrade from 10.04 LTS to 12.04 LTS and received this error.
Here is the output of the requested command:
