I am in doubt about this latest activity. As per procedure of off-line bug reporting, I execute the command "apport-cli -f -p linux --save bug.apport" in my system with kernel version 2.6.32-37 in which I have internet connectivity problem and got a file named bug.apport. Then I execute the command "ubuntu-bug -c kha.apport -u 1044992"(I rename the apport file) in my system with kernel 2.6.32-36 in which I have no connection problem. after the completion of reporting process, it seems that the report with problematic version is not uploaded. In this situation I attach the apport file which is generated offline. I think this will be helpful.
