I have this same bug on my Feisty system. It froze up my system and
then after a ctrl-alt backspace to log back in gnome refused to load. I
had to get on my other box and find out how to reset the gnome-theme-
manager to the system defaults. I deleted the files from the home
directory as directed (from the command line) and it finally loaded up.
However upon running the theme manager again it maxes it out again. I
am a bit scared to try and change the theme again now.
