Now I've turned off the BIOS automatic fan control for all coolers, and pwmconfig become able to control the fan3. Thank you for this. And after waking up, it returns fan3 to 600 RPM, which is pretty good. But the fun2 - the most noisy is still uncontrollable. And still after awakening it rotates at 2000 RPM
