Sounds like we're making progress. Dropping the regression part, since that's now fixed. For the corrupted VGA issue, we're working on fixes for fdi/pch handling, so maybe that will be resolved soon. For eDP iself we're likely still missing some fixes somewhere, but it's rather awesome that you can kick it into working order with some vt switching!
