I have the same issue. Steps to reproduce: 1. Starting up to Unity 2. Switch to tty1 (Strg + Alt + F1) 3. Switching back to Unity
or 1. Starting up to Unity 2. Suspend computer 3. Resume computer In both cases i have to wait about 2 minutes, because video is freeze. But I have noticed that if i do in that way : 1. Starting up to Unity 2. Login to my account 3. Logout Then the problem no longer exists. I can switch to tty1-2-3-etc, suspend and resume and do anything without have to wait 2 min. ** Attachment added: "dmesg_freeze" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1062077/+attachment/3419003/+files/dmesg -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1062077 Title: Linux hangs with: "[drm:atom_op_jump] *ERROR* atombios stuck in loop for more than 5secs aborting" To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1062077/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
