Public bug reported:

When pressing the "d" key in an xrdp session, the "show_desktop" action
is triggered.  It is unclear whether this is a faulty mapping in xrdp,
or a problem with metacity.  There are a number of workarounds given in
the thread below, but no actual solution or patch to prevent the
behavior in the first place.
