After a successful installation from ubuntu-12.10-desktop-amd64.iso, I managed
to boot up once. Upon SECOND reboot, the screen goes blank and it displayed the
following error messages. I am not able to log in for the bug report.

My notebook is Hewlett Packard Elitebook HP8560w
Intel core i7-2720QM CPU@2.2GHz x8
Please advice how to make it bootable again instead of going blank screen.
