The same window keeps bugging me too, sometimes not for weeks, but sometimes multiple times a day.
I fully agree with the original report, but I'd add two more things, one at the very top of the list: 0) I have no idea what "system program problem" this is referring to, so I have no idea if I should be worried, or what action I should take. Is this maybe a hardware problem and I need to get my laptop repaired? Or an important system application crashed in a way that my system is in danger? Or just some random minor thing that I should not care about? 3) It keeps annoying me, yet offers no way for disabling further reports.
