With the same problem I found and tested your 18-patch series "brcmsmac: Tx rework and expanded debug/trace support" on top of 3.6.5 and it solves this problem for me. Awesome so far. This is using a debian/wheezy system. I still see the common 'WARNING' at brcms_c_wait_for_tx_completion.
