add 1:
I'm on 3.6.2-030602-generic and have removed the 3.7.0-030700rc2
So what you want me to do is to install new mainline kernel and try it and send
the "apport-collect -p linux 1072672", right?

add 2: all the test (text files) I have committed where from the
3.7.0-030700rc2 kernel.

add3: nope, it's better then the mainline kernel which has unstable the whole
Xsession.
In other words the problem is still present.

btw I have found a post of a guy who runs the Arch linux on the same hardware
as I have without problem.
http://zenforyen.wordpress.com/2012/07/16/experiences-with-thinkpad-l530-on-arch-linux/
I also found this thread:
https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1076954
where they speak about "the same" issue and one guy on the end mentioned:

...After a full upgrade (back to 3.2.12), everything seems to work fine
with Vt-D off (including virtual box). Turning Vt-D back on in the BIOS
recreates the problem. Thanks for posting your solution!!!!

I have enabled the Intel virtualization in my Bios....According to this
http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=MTAzNzk it might be a
problem.

I'll try to switch the virtualization off and let you know after some
time if it freezes or not.
