Public bug reported:
Connect to HDMI monitor, switch display mode.Find the garbage occurs.
Sometimes can reproduce it when change resolutions in system settings/displays
windows.
Sometimes the internal display and external display always show garbage except
change display mode or click keyboard.
Steps to Reproduce (1):
1. boot into OS.
2. Connect to HDMI monitor, press F4 hotkey to switch display mode.
3. Find the garbage occurs.
Step to Reproduce (2):
1.boot into OS.
2.Connect a monitor to unit.
3.Open system settings/displays.
4.Drag the monitors to set their place and click apply.
5.Garbagr occurs.
