Public bug reported:

Please sync python-biopython 1.60-1 (universe) from Debian unstable
(main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * New upstream release.
  * Drop 01-enable-mmCIF.patch, as "[t]he Bio.PDB.MMCIFParser
    is now compiled by default."
These changes were implemented in Debian.

Changelog entries since current raring version 1.60-0ubuntu1:

python-biopython (1.60-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * Removed quilt dependency.
  * Migrated to dh_python2.
  * patches/01-enable-mmCIF.patch: not required anymore.
  * debian/source/format: 3.0 (quilt) added.
  * debian/rules: added hardening flags.
