A side effect of this is that some people got a "/etc/apt/sources.list.d/archive.canonical.com_commercial-ppa-uploaders_skype_ubuntu.list" file because software-center assumed it was a "for purchase" app when in fact it was a "partner" up but there was no up-to-date partner sources.list available for enable.
