+ As of Quantal, I can't link programs that depend on libstk, because
  libstk.so expects two methods to be implemented in RtMidi:

  /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/4.7/../../../x86_64-linux-gnu/libstk.so:
undefined reference to `RtMidiIn::RtMidiIn(std::string, unsigned int)'
  /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/4.7/../../../x86_64-linux-gnu/libstk.so:
undefined reference to `RtMidiIn::setCallback(void (*)(double,
std::vector<unsigned char, std::allocator<unsigned char> >*, void*), void*)'

  This is because of recent changes in this package, libstk is no longer
  building its own versions of librtaudio and librtmidi, and is not
  compatible with the librtmidi.so provided by librtmidi-dev. I would
  recommend a revert.
