The problem is still there. Summary : - I have Ubuntu 12.04 - my kernel is : Linux PC-olivier 3.5.0-3-generic #3-Ubuntu SMP Mon Jul 2 18:51:55 UTC 2012 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux - I want to install VirtualBox and it needs kernel headers for kernel 3.5.0-3-generic - There is no way to install these headers, Synaptic only proposes 3.2 kernels ! The question is : where does this problem come from ? My 3.5 kernel was installed autoamtically, I only used ubuntu repositories and did not fiddle with the configuration. So why ?
