I think this is a real priority, its basic MMI. I defected to Xubuntu
when unity first came out because the ICON size was just far to big on
my 10.1 inch Netbook screen. I'm now using a Laptop with a 15.6 in
screen and back with Ubuntu 12.10 installed and still the ICONS are far
to big. Have a look at this screen shot:

Compare the launcher ICON size (32) with the Lens ICON size, wouldn't
the Laptop User and Desktop User be better off with smaller ICONs. MMI
is about providing an efficient interface !!

1) Provide Unity ICON size adjustment
2) Provide Unity ICON Text size adjustment
3) Provide Unity ICON mouse over text describing the item
4) Provide a Unity Lens right side scroll widget (like normal Ubuntu windows)
for Laptop users without a mouse!

Apart from the above, I'm loving Ubuntu 12.10 on my HP Envy Sleekbook.
