Public bug reported:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open software center
2. Open the history view
3. Click on the window header or on an empty area of the toolbar

Expected: nothing happens
What happens: history lines are jumping aroung

Note, that it might be related to the amount of data in the history (I have
data since 10th of January, which is almost one year of updates, installs and
removals) - I can't test right now with a freshly installed pc.
See the screencast attached.
