Those are not duplicates, but the item's label is wrong. Looks like a Unity/dbusmenu bug where it shows the label associated with the stock icon rather than the proper label itself… Anyway, I doubt it's a Geany bug, especially if it appeared after a upgrade of Unity or dbusmenu update.
