Joseph, I can and will test it with the latest kernel version.
When I know more, I'll get back to you.
At this moment we are experiencing no issues (runnng stable for 2 days / 12:45).
This might mean that the issue is allready resolved using 3.4.0-030400-generic.
It might also imply that the issue was resolved by blacklisted the btrfs kernel 
module.
It might also be that the issues arise in 1 or two days (as it did with 
3.2.0.29).
I will wait until he has run stable for five days (next friday).
If it has run stable, I will install 3.2.0.32 again, and enable the btrfs 
module.
If it hangs again, the issue is reproducable. I will then test with the newest 
kernel 3.7.
One last question: The proposed kernel is only available for raring (13.04) and 
I'm running 12.04.
I guess this will not give any troube on its own? Please let me know if it does.
I'll get back to you whe I know more...
