Public bug reported:
I am using launcher icon of QtCreator which I have pinned to the
launcher to start the application. Sometimes application is not getting
started after clicking the launcher icon. App icon is getting animated
and after few seconds animation stops but the app is not getting
started. I have installed QtCreator from binary installer (not from
package).
