Public bug reported:

On SIGHUP gluster is supposed to repoen it's log files. It does so but
it leaks file handles on .cmd_log_history. The bug was reported to
upstream gluster and fixed but the patch doesn't seems to be applied.

The bug was reported to gluster here

it's fixed but the patch doesn't seems to be applied to the package.
