Public bug reported:

Laptop booted fresh. Bluetooth mouse has already been paired and used
with the computer.

Mouse does not work when laptop first booted. However,
disconnecting/connecting via bluetooth applet (sometimes once, sometimes
several times) makes mouse work, but also causes a crash with upowerd.

Crash is not predictable. Sometimes it happens on first attempt,
sometimes after several.
