@mcc-mcc3d: I think I understand from your previous posts that you're now using drivers from compat-wireless 3.6 (updates/cw-3.6 directory), is that correct?
The latest fixes are not in that version, so I'm not surprised that you're still having problems. Please could you try to remove whatever created the updates/cw-3.6 directory, or if necessary just move that directory out of the way.
