Trying to print a pdf document double sided in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (status:
up-to-date)
The duplex option is not available in the printing menu. If I use sudo
config-system-printer I can select duplex, but when I apply it will
auto-reset to single page. Hence the printing menu will still say duplex
is unavailable.
Printer: Epson Stylus SX535WD
Drivers: latest from epson / avasys:
- epson-inkjet-printer-escpr_1.2.2-1lsb3.2_amd64.deb
- epson-inkjet-printer-201106w_1.0.1-1lsb3.2_amd64.deb
note that this did work in 10.04 LTS.
