Thanks for taking the time to triage this bug. Unfortunately, I'm not sure the normal requirements make sense, since this is a hang early in boot and therefore getting the requested information is not possible unless I use the workaround, which causes the bug not to trigger. So the dmesg/lspci stuff will be coming from a system where the bug didn't actually happen.
